Established in 2009, Refresh Web Design has been serving clients in Virginia and around the country for over 14 years. We are a small, SWAM-certified business with two owner/employees. We’ve worked hard to build a reputation of delivering on-time and on-budget while exceeding expectations and, as a result, maintain positive relationships with our clients to provide ongoing support and redesigns when the time is right. We take pride in supporting our local Virginia community through providing excellent design, development and maintenance services so our clients can focus on their work.

Our team has a combined 34 years of experience working in digital marketing for governments, tourism, nonprofits and higher education institutions. We are adept at navigating the common pitfalls that often come with marketing large, silo-ed organizations with many, often-conflicting goals. Our role is to represent the end user and produce the best possible experience for your constituents.

We love web design and we’re very good at it. But our emphasis is on building personal relationships. We understand that finding reliable, quality web help can be a difficult task. Our team members will provide you with personal emails and phone numbers so you always have someone to call if you have a question or concern. There is no admin or web form. You can always speak directly to the folks building your website.

We work tirelessly to ensure the success of our product and our clients have noticed. Our client retention rate is over 90%.

Most importantly, we understand your website is an investment of time and money, and our goal is to give you the largest return on your investment over the long term.
